SWGLTD Bathrooms Fitting Terms & Conditions
1. General
- Company Information: SWGLTD Bathrooms is a business providing services comprising bathroom design, fitting, and/or supply to consumer customers who wish to remodel or refurbish an existing bathroom/toilet/shower room (or fit out a new room) at their home.
- These terms apply to bathroom fitting services and should not be used for commercial entities (e.g., landlords requiring work in commercial/domestic premises).
2. Making a Purchase
Pricing and Delivery
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Delivery options include:
- Standard Kerbside Delivery: Goods are delivered via a palletized service and require an able-bodied person to receive and sign for them.
- Premium 2-Person Delivery: Available at an additional cost, goods are delivered to a room of your choice on the ground floor level.
Colour Match and Materials
- Colour match is as exact as the manufacturing process allows.
- Woods have natural grain and color differences.
- Tiles, ceramics, and acrylics may appear slightly different in certain lighting conditions.
CAD Drawings and Tile Quantities
- CAD drawings and tile quantities are provided as a guide only.
- Final checks must be made by the customer or fitter before installation.
3. Warranty and Guarantees
- Manufacturer Guarantee: Products bought and fitted by your installer come with a one-year manufacturer guarantee.
- Workmanship Guarantee: SWGLTD Bathrooms guarantees workmanship for five years defect-free.
- Faulty Items: Obvious damage or incomplete orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
4. Consumer Rights
- The standard guarantee on any product or service supplied in the U.K. is one to two years.
- Some bathroom supply companies offer ten-year warranties on their products.
- Register your product and understand your rights as a consumer.
